Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, color preference, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review the size chart, measurements, product details, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Returns are accepted only when the error is on our end, including:

* You received the wrong item.
* You received an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival.
* The item received is materially different from what was advertised on our website.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

If your return is approved, the item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers must receive return approval and instructions from Leopard Lipstick before sending any item back.

Return & Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our end, Leopard Lipstick will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable cost of return shipping when applicable.

For all other circumstances, customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Leopard Lipstick does not offer exchanges due to sizing or fit. If you need a different size, you may place a new order.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.
